Can the voice, vision and work of the artist really make a difference in the world?
On April 1, 2004, The International Movement presented its second annual lecture on Cultural Renewal by Dr. Timothy Keller.
Dr. Keller, Senior Pastor, Redeemer Presbyterian Church, N.Y.C.
In This lecture, Dr. Keller explores one of the most significant artistic communities and unexpectedly influential literary circles of the twentieth century: The Inklings.
A group of writers who met regularly in an Oxford pub included such names as J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, Dorothy Sayers, Charles Williams and others. Their experience in baptizing the imagination influenced the larger world and their rick insights resonate with a new generation of artists and influences today.
All proceeds from the sale of this lecture go to support the work of I.A.M., a not for profit arts organization commited to the renewal of hearts and culture.
